We want to make your online shopping experience with x&y as easy and as enjoyable as possible! Here are our terms:
Terms:
- We won’t release your details to anyone!
- Australian Deliveries: we have a flat rate of $10 delivery Australia Wide. Orders are shipped by Startrack Express or Express Post.
- International Deliveries: International Delivery is calculated based on Australian Postal Prices.
- All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day.
- We endeavour to keep stock levels accurate at all times. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you via email.
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes 10% GST.
- Customers ordering from outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order.
- We accept all major credit cards and payment via paypal.
Returns & Exchanges:
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (we hope not!), we will refund your money in full as long as you return your items unworn, with tags attached, and with your receipt within 14 days of delivery.
- We are unable to refund original postage cost.
- In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of charge.
- In the case of exchange you must pay the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse.

Once your return/exchange has been approved we will email you RA number and your returns form to fill in. The address for sending returns will be on the returns form.
